Highwinds Cattle Co. proudly serves ranchers throughout Kansas and neighboring areas. Our delivery network covers the following regions:

  • All Kansas counties
  • Select counties in neighboring states (Nebraska, Oklahoma, Missouri, and Colorado)

Delivery Timeframes

  • Standard Delivery: 3-5 business days within Kansas
  • Express Delivery: 1-2 business days (available in select areas for an additional fee)
  • Bulk Orders: 5-7 business days (for large-volume orders)

Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated based on:

  • Distance from our distribution center
  • Order weight and dimensions
  • Delivery timeline requested

Free Shipping is available on orders over $250 within Kansas.

  • Condition Requirements: Items must be unused, in original packaging
  • Documentation: Original receipt or order confirmation required

How to Process a Return

Refund Processing

  • Store Credit: Processed immediately upon return inspection

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened feed or supplements
  • Custom-ordered equipment

Special Orders & Custom Items

Special Order Policy

For non-stock or special order items:

  • 50% deposit required at time of order
  • Cancellation fee may apply after order is placed
  • Extended delivery timeframes may apply

Custom Equipment Considerations

  • Returns not accepted on custom-fabricated items
  • Warranty claims handled on a case-by-case basis
  • Manufacturing defects covered for 90 days
